Accessing information

There are a range of ways available to access information held by the Department and these can vary depending on what information you wish to access and who is requesting the information, including:

Freedom of information

Right to Information
New options for accessing information and a new model for making information available.

Under the Information Privacy Act 2009 you may apply to amend documents containing your own personal information where you believe that the relevant information is inaccurate, misleading, out of date or incomplete.
