The Service Delivery Statements have evolved from the set of individual Ministerial Portfolio Statements (MPS) that have been prepared in the past. This year the documents are combined into one Budget Paper, comprised of several volumes. The department's Service Delivery Statement provides budgeted financial and non-financial information for 2008-09.
