- attraction and retention
- organisational values, leadership and learning
- work-life balance, diversity and safe and healthy work practices.
- Improve financial management by focusing on:
- budget prioritisation and management
- asset management.
- Make effective use of technology and intellectual property.
- Implement effective communication strategies.
- Strengthen accountability and governance.
