Implement the department’s workforce management strategy and maintain our strong focus on:
- attraction and retention
- organisational values, leadership and learning
- work-life balance, diversity and safe and healthy work practices.
Improve financial management by focusing on:
- budget prioritisation and management
- asset management.
Make effective use of technology and intellectual property.
Implement effective communication strategies.
Strengthen accountability and governance.
