Appendix A - Sample risk assessment
This risk assessment form gives an example of a dairy farm installation and equipment. The hazards and risks have been identified and rated and the control measures that have been used to manage the risks have been selected. This risk assessment needs to be reviewed regularly.
Note that the Regulation requires certain measures for specified electrical equipment. These measures cannot be replaced by other control measures.
