Section 6 – Other electrical safety issues

This code of practice provides ways of managing the electrical safety risks of working near live parts, in particular overhead power lines. It is applicable to many rural industry work activities which involve using farm equipment near overhead power lines.

This code of practice provides ways of managing the electrical safety risks associated with electrical work. This code has application if your business or undertaking includes electrical work. This would only be the case if you have licensed electrical workers performing electrical work as part of the business or undertaking.
