Who is eligible for an electrical contractor licence?

An electrical contractor licence can only be held by an individual, a partnership or a corporation (s.40-42, ESR 2002). An electrical contractor licence cannot be issued to a trust. An electrical contractor licence can be issued to the trustee of a trust. The trustee will have to satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements.
