Electrical product safety recall

Identification

The ADPT Universal adaptor is an electrical outlet adaptor that includes power and pin configuration for sockets in Australia, Europe, America, Africa, Japan, China, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Safety issue

The adaptor has not been approved by the NSW Office of Fair Trading or an equivalent State or Federal body, and does not carry the necessary mark pursuant to the Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2004.

Action required

Innovations Direct will contact all consumers who purchased the product and advise them of the recall.
