Identification

Digitor brand a.c. adaptor with any of the following catalogue numbers: M9642, M9916, M9917, M9921, M9923, M9925 sold between 25 February 2005 and 15 May 2005 at Dick Smith Electronics, Dick Smith PowerHouse or Tandy stores.

Safety issue

Some units have a plastic moulding defect which can allow the products casing to partially separate and expose live parts. This poses risk of an electric shock.

Action required

Cease use of the product and return it to any Dick Smith Electronics, Dick Smith PowerHouse or Tandy store for refund or replacement.
