Identification
This recall concerns the power adapter for Playstation consoles. The Powerwave Power Adaptor can be used as an addition or replacement to a genuine PlayStation®Portable (PSP) Power Adaptor. It can provide a continuous stable power supply to a PSP for unlimited playtime or can be used to recharge the battery after a long gaming session. The product was available for purchase from 15 January 2007 from all Electronics Boutique (EB) Games stores.
Safety issue
The units may have electrical faults which present a risk of electric shock and fire.
Action required
Consumers should immediately cease use and return it to any EB Games store for a full refund.
