Identification
All batches of Magrath stock prods and stock prod extensions, irrespective of the date of supply are covered by this recall. The goods have been supplied in Australia for approximately eight years through resellers in all Australian States and Territories.
Safety issue
Incidences of electrical feedback at the switch area of the device have been reported, particularly where moisture is introduced to the power pack.
Action required
Consumers are advised to cease using the product and return them to Novartis Animal Health Australasia Pty Ltd or a reseller for a full refund.
