Identification

This recall concerns the FEMTON brand, goose-neck lamp with the article number 00067321. The lamp has been sold in IKEA stores in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland since 2005 and IKEA stores in Western Australia and South Australia since 2006.

Safety issue: Risk of Fire

Testing has shown that if the lamp is not properly clamped, or if the bulb is positioned too close to a flammable surface or material, there is a risk of overheating and hence potentially fire.

Action required

Please return the lamps to an IKEA store for a full refund.
