Apply for a electrical work licence

Electrical work licence (permit holders)
Apply for an electrical work licence on the completion of training under an electrical work training permit.

Electrical work licence (for apprentices)
Apply for an electrical work licence on completion of an electrical apprenticeship or apprenticeship in air-conditioning and refrigeration, instrumentation or electronics.

Electrical work licence/permit (other than apprentice)
Apply for a licence if you hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate, VETASSESS Offshore Technical Skills Record (OTSR) Assessment, licence from another Australian state or territory or New Zealand, electrical work permit, or require additional classes (endorsements) on a current work licence.

Restricted work licence/permit (other than apprentice)
To obtain a restricted electrical work licence, additional units of competency, electrical work permit or additional endorsements on current restricted licence.

Additional electrical work training permit
If you have previously held an electrical work training permit and require an additional permit to complete your training.
