Types of provisions
Provisions which are not covered under the Industrial Relations Act 1999 (PDF, 1.9 MB) and which are generally not provided for in awards (with some exceptions) include:

Employer assistance with childcare
Cost free assistance for childcare
Parenting or family support program
Educational program about parenting, organisations providing advice on parenting, child health and family support
Counselling or referral services
Assistance for employees in resolving problems affecting work performance and job satisfaction
Health programs
Improve health among employees
Exercise facilities
Access for employees to facilities
Leave without pay
Approved unpaid time off work
