4.4 Management and Administration of Contracts

All parties must devote an appropriate level of skill and competence to the management and administration of contracts. This incorporates:

technical skills and experience;
financial skills;
knowledge of the applicable procurement and contract system;
commercial expertise; and
identification and allocation of risk.
