Anzac Day Act 1995
The Anzac Day Act 1995 (PDF, 80 KB) provides for the commemoration of Anzac Day on 25 April and gives power to the Anzac Day Trust to distribute monies from the Anzac Day Trust Fund.
The Act allows for money to be distributed to:
- aged persons who served Australia in its defence forces
- the spouses and children of deceased persons who served Australia in its defence forces
- institutions, organisations or associations or provide help or support to aged persons, spouses and children of deceased persons who served for Australia
