Workplace Health and Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 - 1 July 2007
Workplace Health and Safety and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007
The Amendment Regulation makes changes to licensing arrangements for prescribed occupations and asbestos removal work, and completes the transition of training and assessment to the vocational education and training sector. It also introduces new requirements for renewable licences for high risk work from 1 July 2008.
