Summary

Peter William D’Arcy, executive officer of D’Arcy’s No.1 Pty Ltd, was prosecuted under section 666 of the Act for failing to pay wages due under the Clerical Employees Award – State 2002 to an employee when at the time of the offence he was an executive officer of the company.  The employee was employed as a telemarketer and was not paid correct wages for time worked.
