Jackwitz, Charmaine Debbie
Charmaine Debbie Jackwitz, trading as Hairvolution, being an employer under the Industrial Relations Act 1999 (PDF, 1.9MB), was prosecuted for failing to pay an employee correct wages and pro rata annual leave in accordance with the Hairdressers' Industry Award – State and the Order – Apprentices’ and Trainees’ Wages and conditions (excluding Certain Queensland Government Entities) 2003 (PDF, 403KB).
