McEvoy, Sarina Jane
Sarina Jane McEvoy, being an employer under the Industrial Relations Act 1999 (PDF, 1.9MB), was prosecuted for failing to pay wages in accordance with the the Transport, Distribution and Courier Industry Award – Northern and Mackay Divisions 2004.
