Thomsett, Bradley Kevin


Summary

Bradley Kevin Thomsett being an employer under the Industrial Relations Act 1999, was prosecuted for three breaches of the Act.

The employer operated a panel beating business at Albion and did not pay an employee wages for the last two weeks of his employment, nor wages in lieu of notice, pro rata annual leave and pro rata long service leave on termination.
