What is this code of practice about?

The code states ways to prevent or minimise exposure to risk factors that can contribute to or aggravate work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

'Manual tasks' include activities requiring a person to grasp, manipulate, strike, throw, carry, move (lift, lower, push, pull), hold or restrain an object, load or body part.
