Incident:	On 5 September 2002, an employee of Bunnings Building Supplies Pty Ltd sustained injuries to three fingers of his right hand when they contacted the revolving blades of a bench planer.

Summary of undertakings: developing and implementing a new occupational health and safety program at the workplace implementing regular third party audits of the occupational health and safety management system consistent with AS/NZS 4801 implementing recommendations resulting from the audits of the occupational health and safety management system conducting an annual safety seminar for all suppliers and contractors during Queensland WorkSafe Week 2006 presenting a case study at a trade night seminar during February-March 2006 discussing the importance of machine guarding and the safe operation of power machinery such as saws publishing an article in the Trade Talk newspaper addressing machine guarding and the safe operation of power machinery, and donating an agreed amount to the local hospital.
