Enforceable undertakings process
After the Office of Fair and Safe Work Queensland alleges an organisation has contravened either the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (PDF, 1.4 MB) or the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (PDF, 886 kB), that organisation may propose an undertaking as an alternative to the matter being dealt with through legal proceedings.
