Sense’, an innovative on-line workplace health and
safety program for secondary students in years 10, 11

Health and Safety has developed Safety Sense to give
you the chance to explore workplace health and safety
on the net.
Considering 25% percent of all work-related injuries in Queensland
are in the 15 to 24 age group, safety makes sense.

Sense is a self-paced education program developed to
broaden your knowledge of workplace health and safety.
A range of issues are covered in this package, from
farm safety and hazardous substances to machine guarding
work through the information, scroll down the screen
and select the items of interest.

Safety Sense Program caters for all year 10, 11 and
12 students who undertake work placement and work experience
while at school.
