Early intervention program for psychological and/or physical illness

The purpose of the standing offer arrangement is to provide an early intervention program that engages health care professionals to allow departments to:

• proactively manage psychological illness and/or physical injury
• apply early intervention services to maintain workers at work or enable workers to return to work
• provide intensive case management services and subsequent assessment for complex cases
• identify opportunities to better manage health and safety risks associated with psychological illness and/or physical injury.

All Queensland public sector agencies, government instrumentalities, including statutory bodies and statutory authorities, will be eligible to access this service.
