Regulate safety of major hazard facilities

Regulation of the storage and handling of Classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8 and 9, goods too dangerous to be transported and combustible liquids.

Local Government Authorities

Licensing of the storage of fuel and combustible liquids above quantities in Table 2.1 of AS 1940: The storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids (non-Queensland Government link).
