Workplace amenities

Employers must provide toilet and washing facilities. Rest areas and rooms should be large enough, and have sufficient chairs and tables, for the number of workers likely to use them at any one time. Smoking is banned in enclosed places. Lunch and rest rooms must be smoke free.
