Dr Andrew Rochford addressed a health and safety breakfast for employees that focused on health, safety and general wellbeing in relation to being fit for work, in particular for outdoor workers. Dr Rochford heads up the popular Channel 9 TV Series, 'What's Good For You' where he has personally put his body through extreme situations (heat, cold and even simulated child birth) and monitored his vitals to see how his body reacts. Andrew has also hosted 'Waiting Room', 'Amazing Medical Stories' and 'You Saved My Life' on Channel 9.
