To submit an online entry for the 2009 Work Safe Awards, follow the steps to completing your application.
Step one
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions of entry (please note that your application will not proceed unless you accept these Terms and Conditions of entry).
Step two
Complete the entry details, select the category you wish to enter and address all of the criteria.
Step three
Make sure that you upload any supporting documentation including disks, samples etc.
Step four
Ensure that you are happy with your application and submit by 5pm on Friday 31 July 2009.
To assist you with your entry, ensure you have completed the checklist items on the application form;
| Completed the application form and checklist. | |
| Structured your entry to address the assessment criteria for the category you have entered. | |
| Included a summary of your initiative. | |
| If not applying online, provided three copies of your entry (one in unbound A4 format). | |
| Provided a separate entry form and separate supporting material for each category entered. | |
| Attached your logo and photographs of your initiative (optional). | |
| Read and understood the terms and conditions of entry. | |
| Kept a copy of your entry as entries will not be returned. | |
| Checked that all information in your application is accurate, and as you would like it to appear if published. |
