Licences and certificates
Information about licensing arrangements.

Operator licences
Information on licences for cranes, hoists, scaffolding, dogging and rigging, load-shifting equipment and pressure equipment.

Prescribed activities
Certificate to perform work to remove friable asbestos or demolition work.

Prescribed occupations
A person must not work in a prescribed occupation listed in Schedule 5 unless the person is the holder of a relevant authority to work (certificate) in that prescribed occupation or is a trainee in that occupation.

Plant registration
The Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 2008 (1.4 MB) lists what must be registered, the fees that must be paid and the procedures for applying for registration.

Plant design registration
An owner of plant listed in Schedule 4 of the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 2008 as requiring plant design registration, must not use the plant, or permit the plant to be used at a workplace unless the plant design has been registered.
