Modifications to an existing design registration
Modification to an existing design registration must be submitted on a Form 14 Application for registration of registrable plant design (PDF, 128 KB).
The same registration process applies whether it is for a new plant design or whether it is a modification to an existing plant design.
Minor modifications, not affecting the structural integrity or safe use provisions, require a letter of notification only. A letter of notification will need to be forwarded to Workplace Health and Safety and Queensland.
Acknowledgement of this notification will be provided in writing.
