My plant design comes from overseas?
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland does accept published technical standards as well as Australian Standards for design registration. Certificates of examination or verification statements will only be accepted as supporting documentation for the information provided on the Form 14 Application for registration of registrable plant design (PDF, 128 KB). The design verifier must complete the design verifier section on page 2 of the application form. The design verifier should pay particular attention to the following fields:
- Description of plant
- Drawing(s) no.
- Name of technical standard(s) or engineering principles
- Name of design verifier
- Qualifications
- Signature
