The BA certificate encompasses the BB and BI certificates.
The BI certificate encompasses the BB certificate.

The Australian Standard AS 2593, Boilers - Unattended and limited attendance, in Table 1.1 details conditions under which certain classes of boilers may be operated either unattended, or with limited attendance.
