Zero Harm Leadership campaign begins in regional Queensland
The first regional forum of the Zero Harm at Work Leadership Forum program has been established in the Central Queensland and Wide Bay area. The forum was announced on Friday 30 October 2009 at a seminar, trade show and dinner event in Rockhampton to mark Safe Work Australia Week (25 - 31 October).
New members
The first members of the new Central Queensland forum are:

- Stanwell Corporation Limited
- Rockhampton Regional Council
- Convergenius
- DJ Ruskin Machining and Maintenance.
Congratulations to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland in Central Queensland Wide Bay for signing up some of the region's largest employers to the innovative workplace health and safety program.
What is the Zero Harm at Work Leadership Forum program?
The program is about organisations:
- taking the lead and championing workplace health and safety activities in their own enterprises
- sharing innovative health and safety ideas to develop a positive safety culture
- providing a leading example for other organisations to follow.
What's next?
The Central Queensland and Wide Bay forum will meet for the first time early next year and plans to meet three times annually.
